2.1 The nature of our website means that there is certain information that will be publicly available and can be freely accessed by anyone visiting our website. This includes any videos that you choose to upload to the website (and have not flagged as private) and any information that you choose to disclose, such as comments on videos and information that you choose to display. Please be aware these may be collected, used and redistributed by others.

2.2 In order to carry out certain activities on the website, you will need to create an account. When you carry out certain activities on the website, such as commenting on or uploading a video, your account username will be shown, along with any other information you may choose to disclose.

4.1.1 to provide our service to you;

You should be aware that countries outside the EEA may not offer the same level of data protection as the United Kingdom, however we will take reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with the DPA.
